Maybe it was anti!Fraser again? Fell off something high, hurt his head, started hitting old ladies with doors and slutting around with aliens. You know, it happens.

Oh please, Fraser was faking it all along. He just did it to make it easier for Vecchio to make a pass at him - "I thought we were friends?" Disappointment, when Ray answers, "Oh, we are" and doesn't give him the kiss he'd offered - but Ray, being the gentleman that he is, fell for the amnesia hook, line and sinker and couldn't take advantage of his friend. No matter how many times Fraser talked about two people who've been bound together. Ray gave him hope throughout- "Yeah, but you look good in it." "...where alone we're incomplete but together we're better than we are separately..." - but each time, it was cruelly, albeit unwittingly, dashed by Ray, much to his dismay should he ever have realised. And Fraser, himelf, soon realised that despite the fact "That's probably why we've been such close...[insert 'near-lovers' here]," that Ray wasn't going to have the courage to make his move and so, he MIRACULOUSLY regained his memory within about five minutes. He still could't refrain from making one last attempt at the end though, which again, Ray cut off because Fraser is obviously still in a 'fragile' state.

In conclusion, Miss, Ray Vecchio is a good and honourable man and Fraser is a cheater cheater pumpkin eater! Herein ends my show and tell. *folds away pointer stick and scrubs board clean*

I'm actually writing RayV/Asher AU! Very very slowly though. It's not come out how I expected. It's very...eugh, not angsty, but it's not that nice, happy, fluffy either. Asher is very passive aggressive, as usual, which so does not work well with Ray's inherent outward emotional intensity. Therein lies the problem.
