UPDATE PEOPLE! AND I AM OUTRAGED!!!

So yeah, I just killed my laptop for no reason.

I wipe it clean of every single file and application I have EVER created/installed and before I even complete the Windows set up!!!!!! (I restored the lappy to factory settings on the advice of the "Sony Man" as he shall now be known) it lets me know, in no uncertain terms, that the f's are here to stay.

I tried writing in the name of the laptop and all I got was fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff.

Not really the sort of name I was going for...

Seems it's back with a vengeance, so I shall not only be without the laptop for a while, 'cause Sony Man PROMISED me an engineer would come out and fix it if this little bright idea didn't work, I'll be without the 'net too. There is the plebby computer in the house, which I can use if I'm desperate but meh, it's really loud.

So anyway, that's it so far :( Stupid technology. And Ray's afraid that he might actually have to start reading if it doesn't get fixed right away 'cause apart from Dead!Bob and Maggie, there's not so much entertainment in my head that he'd be interested in.

EDIT: Just found out Internfet Explorer works on my screwy laptop. It's slow and there are f's but at least it's the internet! Yay! :D
