What the hell is that supposed to mean?

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 06:54 pm (UTC)(link)
*laughs* Uh oh... What happened??

ooc: LOL!! That's hysterical! I've had dreams about Orli and Will, but I think that's expected. Heh. Will's dying to hear what Ray has to say.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 07:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Nah, nothing like, well, nothing bad. Okay, so you were you, I was...uh, huh, I wasn't me. That's weird...Anyway, we were in a room with a white board thing that teachers write on and I was trying to get you to like me. You mighta been foreign...

Yeah, and then we were...watching TV, I was me again, and we found my one of my Armani shirts down the back of the couch. You yanked on it, which totally stretched it, jeez, and it just kept coming and coming, like a clown's handkerchief.

There was some other stuff too but that's about it. Weird, huh?

[ooc: Okay, so I was trying to hit on Will in my dream, but Ray decided to leave that bit out of his..]

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 07:17 pm (UTC)(link)
I wonder what that means! *laughs* But that is very weird, yes. I already like you (er, even if you weren't yourself at the time) and I would never stretch your Armani shirt. I mean, really!

Seriously, I had a weird dream about Orli the other night so I'm kind of interested in interpreting stuff.

*giggles* That's a funny dream, though, Ray.

ooc: LOL!! Pup and I are dying.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 09:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Nah, I was me, I just didn't have a body in the first part. Heh, well I had a body but...I was, y'know, seeing through my eyes. The uh, the...T...V part, it was like watching a movie on the big screen. You see the difference?

Yeah, it was weird waking up and remembering it.

[ooc: *resuscitates*]

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 09:50 pm (UTC)(link)
Okay, gotcha. *giggles* I wonder if I'll dream about you tonight now that I'm thinking about it.

ooc: LOL

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 09:56 pm (UTC)(link)
If you do, make sure I'm stretching one of your favorite shirts.

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh my god, it would be so weird if that happened. Dreams are bizarre. I'm glad I wasn't trying to kill you or anything, though.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Hah, if you do try to kill me in your dream then warn me, will ya? I don't want some Nightmare on North Octavia Avenue thing going on...

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh my god, that movie scared the shit out of me.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, come on! Where else can you see Johnny Depp get eaten by a bed?!

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:50 pm (UTC)(link)
I love that movie, but it scared me so badly! I was God, baby Johnny Depp... Yummy. But seeing him eaten then spurting out of a bed... Ray!! That movie was scary!!!

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Hey, I thought it was pretty cool. Not when it happens in real life though. Your dry cleaning bill sky rockets, believe me.

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
I think seeing it when I was 11 scarred me. Do not tell me you've seen someone splattered all over their bedroom...

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 11:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, that'd do it to ya. Uh...okay, I won't.

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 11:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh man... Ray! How do you handle stuff like that?

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 11:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Depends what the situation is, I guess. If it's suicide, sure you feel bad but it's a lot easier. If it's murder then...y'know, it's not my favorite thing in the world. You just gotta catch the bad guys as fast as possible then hit the bar.

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-16 08:48 am (UTC)(link)
Have you ever gotten sick on a dead body call?

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-16 11:54 am (UTC)(link)
Frequently in my rookie days, yeah. This is going to sound really bad but you get used to seeing it. Some scenes are worse than others, like a kick in the gut but you've got your partner there if things get really tough.

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-03-24 07:35 am (UTC)(link)
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I have so much respect for what you do, Ray.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-03-26 10:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Hey, me too. For you, I mean. Uh....'cause writing...is great. I mean, reading is great. Reading what people write. Uh, the whole reading and writing thing, yeah. How's that going by the way?

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-04-03 07:40 am (UTC)(link)
*grins* It's going pretty well. I write for my own enjoyment at this point since my travel writing job fell through. But it's all good.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-04-03 04:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, hey, man, sorry. But uh, once a writer always a writer. I guess it's a talent you can never lose. I don't actually know why I signed up to this thing. Writing's not exactly my forte.

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-04-05 07:36 pm (UTC)(link)
I've come to the conclusion that I'm not really much of a writer and I'm just fooling myself. But it's still fun!

And I love what you write, Ray, and that you signed up for this thing. We wouldn't have gotten to meet otherwise.

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-04-06 04:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Hey, no, I think you're great. Seriously. But I guess I don't know a lot about what people are looking for.

It's weird. Writing about, I dunno, semi-personal stuff, it's almost therapeutic in a strange, strange way. I don't wants to uh, spill my guts too much but it's hard when you're writing. And yeah, we met through this thing AND I got to fangirl Orlando Bloom in real life!! so there're definitely advantages. *grin*

[identity profile] will-porter.livejournal.com 2007-04-11 01:44 am (UTC)(link)
*smiles* I like reading about you. And it really is therapeutic. I've ranted so much in this thing, and I always feel better afterwards.
